Tuttavia non possono essere sintetizzati organicamente nel corpo e vanno in esso introdotti con il cibo. Essi formano delle <em>catene<\/em> a cui ciascuno di essi \u00e8 indispensabile, insostituibile, a discapito altrimenti della trasformazione degli altri aminoacidi in proteine.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-6\">Abbiamo gi\u00e0 conosciuto precedentemente (il riferimento \u00e8 ad incontri e seminari di studio &#8211; n.d.R.) quali e quanti sono gli aminoacidi essenziali e riportiamo qui una esauriente tabella.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-8\">L&#8217;aminoacido essenziale che pi\u00f9 d\u00e0 preoccupazioni allo studioso\u00a0 moderno \u00e8 la <strong>lisina<\/strong>, di cui ogni cereale sarebbe sprovvisto.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-10\">AI contrario, abbiamo visto che esso compare sufficientemente nel riso bruno, semi-integrale da alimentazione. Fonti autorevoli &#8211; <em>cos\u00ec come<\/em> <em>indicano erroneamente la carenza della lisina<\/em>&#8211; denunciano le seguenti deficienze:<\/p><p id=\"u7532-16\"><span id=\"u7532-12\">treonina<\/span>\u00a0e\u00a0<span id=\"u7532-14\">isoleucina<\/span>\u00a0nel frumento e nell&#8217;orzo;<\/p><p id=\"u7532-21\"><span id=\"u7532-17\">metionina<\/span>\u00a0e\u00a0<span id=\"u7532-19\">treonina<\/span>\u00a0nel riso e nella avena;<\/p><p id=\"u7532-24\"><span id=\"u7532-22\">triptofano<\/span>\u00a0nel mais;<\/p><p id=\"u7532-27\"><span id=\"u7532-25\">metionina, triptofano, fenilalanina\u00a0<\/span>nel sorgo;<\/p><p id=\"u7532-32\"><span id=\"u7532-28\">fenilalanina<\/span>\u00a0e\u00a0<span id=\"u7532-30\">isoleucina<\/span>\u00a0nella segale.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-35\">Naturalmente, vale sempre la legge per le analisi riferentisi a tali cereali: valgono solo per i grani esaminati. Tale carenza \u00e8 tipica del metodo analitico, che sacrifica il tutto per la parte: ogni cereale, cos\u00ec come ogni essere umano \u00e8 <em>un individuo unico<\/em>.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-37\">Ma, oltre agli studi cui ci siamo dedicati in passato, esaminiamo anche i dati della tabella qui allegata.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-39\">Da questa tabella complessiva, potete facilmente vedere che non solo i cereali integrali non sono carenti, ma hanno addirittura elevatissime quantit\u00e0 di aminoacidi, superiori rispetto a taluni cibi animali.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-41\">Alcuni particolari che fanno riflettere sul valore delle analisi: vi \u00e8 variazione nei risultati di uno stesso metodo analitico, sia esso cromatografico, microbiologico o calorimetrico, o a seconda di qualsiasi metodo seguito.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-43\">Addirittura, talvolta, un metodo non consente la valutazione di un aminoacido, mentre ci\u00f2 avviene con altro metodo. \u00c8 il caso del triptofano, importantissimo generatore cellulare. \u00c8 altrettanto semplice pensare che di fronte a tale metodologia analitica stanno invece esseri che sono la \u00absintesi\u00bb, il prodotto di tutti gli esseri precedenti, che hanno vissuto prima. E che hanno mangiato, per secoli, cereali integrali, soddisfacendo le proprie necessit\u00e0 biologiche, come milioni di persone fanno a tutt&#8217;oggi.<\/p><p id=\"u7532-45\">E vivono benissimo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section sono stati ottenuti con metodo microbiologico e con metodo colorimetrico.<\/p><p id=\"u7647-7\">I risultati delle analisi dei cereali differiscono da quelli dei prodotti animali, anche in\u00a0 ci\u00f2: questi ultimi presentano dei minimi e dei massimi, al contrario dei cereali<\/p><p id=\"u7647-9\">Questo \u00e8 in definitiva un segno di squilibrio dell&#8217;alimento animale, giacch\u00e9 una parte edibile sar\u00e0 completamente differente rispetto ad un&#8217;altra parte della medesima fonte. Cosa che non avviene nel cibo cerealiano, integrale, totale, complessivamente armonico.<\/p><p id=\"u7647-12\">Un aminoacido di qualit\u00e0 animale, differisce da un aminoacido di qualit\u00e0 vegetale avente lo stesso nome. Infatti la qualit\u00e0 animale mal si adatta al corpo umano, mentre la qualit\u00e0 vegetale provoca una benefica attivit\u00e0 di trasmutazione e quindi una longevit\u00e0 cellulare e &#8220;sapienza biologica&#8221;, data l&#8217;armonia della &#8220;operazione&#8221; e la completa assenza di stagnazioni, tipiche dell&#8217;alimentazione animale (a causa di macromolecole e messaggio genetico animale).<\/p><p id=\"u7647-17\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>A.
