messa immediatamente fine.<\/p><p id=\"u581-5\">Politiche di militarizzazione del Mediterraneo e respingimenti contro ogni diritto internazionale hanno eletto la Libia come frontiera meridionale dell\u2019Europa e luogo di contenzione del fenomeno migratorio.<\/p><p id=\"u581-8\">La Libia dei nostri giorni \u00e8 un non stato, uno stato fallito, con pi\u00f9 pretesi governi in conflitto tra loro, preda di bande armate di inaudita crudelt\u00e0.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div For this reason it is a very dangerous centre, for officers who work there and for migrants in detention. The detention centre is currently managed by the Libyan National Army, and most migrants remain there for a period of 8 to 10 months according to the manager Abdalhamad Altunisa. \\&quot;Children are often alone, they cross 2000 kilometres of desert without their families, and they are rescued at sea without documents\\u00ee, said Altunisia \\u00ecthis makes it difficult for us to know their real nationality and age. Before 2014 we brought them back to the border between Nigeria and Libya to take them back to their countries, but after the last civil war it was much more difficult. Those areas are dangerous even for us\\u00ee. Migrants who were being held in the cells said they are rarely allowed out. Many of the those being held are sick, and some detainees are said to have passed away because they have no access to medical care. class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>La Libia non ha mai riconosciuta la Convenzione di Ginevra sui rifugiati del 1951.<\/p><p>Innumerevoli rapporti e inchieste segnalano che i vertici del traffico di esseri umani vanno cercati nelle bande libiche e persino nelle alte sfere dell\u2019attuale governo di Tripoli.<\/p><p>Le stesse inchieste e gli stessi rapporti descrivono la realt\u00e0 dei campi di raccolta dei migranti in quel paese come luoghi di indicibile orrore dove \u00e8 quotidiana la tortura, l\u2019assassinio, lo stupro, la costrizione al lavoro schiavo, l\u2019estorsione.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Questi lager del terzo millennio vanno immediatamente chiusi grazie ad un\u2019azione coordinata dalle Nazioni Unite\u00a0 che veda protagonista la comunit\u00e0 internazionale nell\u2019intento di sottrarre al loro crudele destino le tante persone ivi detenute.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1c87ce5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" invece ritengono di aver diritto allo status di rifugiato in Europa vanno immediatamente trasferiti, grazie ad appositi accordi diplomatici, in paesi limitrofi alla Libia che garantiscano il rispetto dei loro diritti e la loro sicurezza nel mentre le loro domande d\u2019asilo vengono esaminate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
